Review: What We Do In The Shadows, "Freddie" | Season 4, Episode 9
In the show’s biggest twist yet, this season’s penultimate episode wraps up nearly every major storyline
It was an especially momentous What We Do in the Shadows this week, with three primary storylines, each of which in its own way put a button on plot-arcs that have stretched back to the start of this season. Next week’s finale is now ripe with the potential to shake this show up completely — yet again.
I will get to all the shenanigans and surprises in “Freddie” shortly, don’t fret. But first, I want to take a moment to talk about another of my favorite Shadows running gags: the pixelated genitalia.
See, the thing about our vampire friends is that they have no real moral or sexual boundaries. They’re pervs, sickos… so steeped in depravity that they’re desensitized to how disgusting their appetites can be.
