I’m at a conference this week and unable to watch this episode live. I hope to add some analysis when I get a chance to catch it in the days ahead, but in the meantime talk amongst yourselves.

As he exited, Matt suggested that sometimes this is just how the cookie crumbles, but this wasn’t a cookie crumbling. This was a cookie being thrown in a blender, incinerated to the point that it’s just a dust, with nothing delicious left.
It’s been nearly a full week, and I have a Ted Lasso review to write since the screener was late to arrive, but I just don’t understand how Probst thinks serves the game or its viewers. It just flies in the face of the idea that Survivor represents one long narrative, with players being forced to weigh short-term benefits with long-term consequences as they navigate difficult moments.
