This one was better than last week, though I think "The Oner" still remains the best episode so far. Regardless of that, it's so clear that Rogen is having a blast on the show and there's something very charming and engaging about that.

The one advancement for Matt as a character this episode was his admission of how hard he's finding the job and how much he's struggling with it, even as he's indulging in the trappings with the fancy cars and name dropping. Matt has such raw enthusiasm for film every episode, it was an interesting look at how he really feels about everything, one he isn't otherwise showing.

Loving this series so far and while I suspect the formula might get repetitive over time, I'd gladly take a whole season of this. There's just something about the combination of Rogen's cringe comedy and the fact that everyone is clearly having loads of fun with the show, that's really refreshing. Maybe it's because we've been pretty knee-deep in mystery box or heavier drama type shows - it's nice having something low stakes but so well-crafted. The pacing is also great, and the writers are doing well keeping a consistent patter between the characters without having them all sound the same.

I agree The Oner has been the huge standout so far, but I've enjoyed each of the other episodes so far too.

Would be funny if down the line we get some sort of Jason Sudeikis episode (he's already on Apple's payroll! Make it happen)
